Problem:trouble configuring site to site vpn for a multiple site network, need some help immediately.

Resolution: the problem was the CA certificates weren't correct due to the customer wrongly setting the device as a VPN concentrator and not as a hub/spoke and therefore the NAT-traversal wasn't happening.
